Valle Lindo School District is fully committed to providing rigorous instruction and an engaging learning environment for all students. Our Educational Services team focuses on the development, implementation, and refinement of quality curriculum, instruction, and assessments across grade levels TK-8. All teachers and support staff are equipped with the technological skills and resources necessary to ensure a comprehensive educational experience whether students are attending classes remotely online or transitioning back to on-campus learning. The landscape of education continues to change, and as it does, we will continue to adapt and seek out innovative approaches to meet the needs of our students.
As a result of the COVID-19 Pandemic, Senate Bill 98, approved by Governor Newsom on June 29, 2020, marked a key change to the accountability requirements for the 2020-21 school year. A new requirement was established requiring districts to adopt The Learning Continuity and Attendance Plan. The LCAP is expected to resume the three-year LCAP cycle in June 2021.
THE LEARNING CONTINUITY AND ATTENDANCE PLAN
BOARD APPROVED ON SEPTEMBER 9, 2020.
