New Temple Elementary School is a K-3 primary school operating on a traditional calendar school year, located in South El Monte, with 587 students enrolled at the beginning of the 2001-02 school year. The purpose of this page is to provide parents with information about our school’s instructional programs, academic achievement, materials and facilities, and the staff. We are dedicated to ensuring New Temple Elementary School is a welcoming, stimulating environment where students are actively involved in learning academics as well as positive values. The excellent quality of our program is a reflection of our highly committed staff. Through our hard work, together, our students will be challenged to reach their maximum potential. Parents and community play a very important role in the school. Understanding the school’s educational program, student achievement, and curriculum development can assist both school and community in ongoing program improvement.
